Located on a very busy street. But also very accessible from the airport. I was very happy with the shuttle service. Staff was very accommodating in every way. Shopping center and restaurants were a surprise within walking distance with a variety of eats

The hotel was clean, smelled good and the staff were great. I got a text about an hour asking how my stay was going. I was able to communicate with the staff during text and they answered my questions within 15 minutes. They offered breakfast, not continental, which was really helpful because we were there for a dance competition.

Shuttle service was wonderful and the driver very nice. Quick to get picked up. There was a HUGE group of kids and parents staying for a competition, yet the service desk pulled me aside and got us checked in, cold water while waiting (only about 15 minutes). Room was comfy and large. Location awesome! Lots of shopping and restaurants very close. Hotel breakfast was plentiful and very good. Although very close to the airport, you did not hear planes.

My 2 daughters and I stayed in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating to our requests. We got to the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and they kept our bags for us so we could go on a scheduled event we had planned. Our room was neat, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was nice and hot! We also took the shuttle to the airport the next morning and had an amazing driver. She was pleasant and very professional in helping us with our luggage. I highly recommend a stay here.

The rooms were clean, and the walk-in shower was big enough. The little fridge worked really well. The pool was open for my kids to enjoy. I loved that you change up the breakfast a little every day.

Able to check in early, front desk agents were both nice,polite and thorough. I work in customer service for an airline and appreciate the effort it takes to offer such exceptional service. The airport shuttle driver Vanessa was also nice and we enjoyed our trip to the airport. She explained she was front desk manager and was interested in our opinion of her property. Loved our stay and will stay here whenever we visit Long Beach.

The front office/housekeeping staff were quick to my response when I requested two extra towels/two extra pillows. Your hotel team treated me with kindness, courtesy, and respect because they knew that my hotel stay was intended to propose to my girlfriend who I been with for over 16 years. Free breakfasts and size/accomodations of dining room were a real plus (and having extra seating just outside the dining room----quiet---were a good design feature, too).

everything was good really liked when we went to catch shuttle it wasn't available so staff called a taxi for us and paid for it. That was very nice as to the hilton we stood in before our cruise was supposed to have shuttle service to port and us and other where standing outside waiting until we went in to find out driver called in staff seen us waiting out there didn't post sign or tell us this we ended up taking a taxi and paid out of or pocket
